Our team works closely with you to ensure that your design ideas come to life with precision, quality, and creativity, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

Step 1: Consultation

At the early stages before production or design, we offer consultation on which of our products or services best suit your needs; from the project cost to the type of event you want to host, our representatives will be present to answer any inquiries you may have.

Step 2: Designing

In addition to our full list of inflatable products, we also offer custom-designing services to help you determine the final ‘look’ of the product. The overall design may be picked from our catalog or based on your very own custom ‘look’. Our representative will ensure your design requirements are met before moving on to the next stage.

Step 3: Production

We will begin production once the initial proceeds are processed and finish within the period that was agreed upon.

Step 4: Delivery

Once production is complete and the final proceeds are confirmed, we will notify and send you the goods. (*A special order for pickup or delivery shall be made before production is done.)
