The artwork confirmation time can take up 1week to 2weeks time depending on the complexity of the custom designs, number of revisions and prompt feedback from the client’s communication.
Typically, we prepare production artwork for your confirmation. It’s perfectly fine if you only have a front design. However, if you can provide other views of the visual, it would greatly help our creative team in interpreting and refining the overall shape of the inflatable product design.
We offer a complimentary design services, including the transformation of visuals into 2D and 3D production artwork, once the order is confirmed. However, if the order is not yet confirmed, a design fee will apply.
We do not have any mockup for our inflatable products. All of our inflatable product are custom-made, and each design can vary greatly based on the client’s specific requirements. Creating a mockup for each unique order might be time-consuming and require additional such as material differences & sewing difficulties in producing the mockup. But rest assured, we are dedicated to creating a high-quality product that meets your needs. Each inflatable product is custom-made based on your specifications, and we work closely with you to ensure the design matches your vision. We will also provide an artwork for confirmation before proceeding to production such as Inflatable Product Transformation Details as for guidance and confirmation throughout the whole process.
Please note that once the inflatable product is completed, no further changes can be made. Therefore, we kindly recommend that clients carefully review and finalize the 3D artwork before we proceed with the production process.
For Inflatable Product type, the similarity can achieved up to 95% base on final artwork confirmation.
With proper storage and careful handling, any type of inflatable product can last for several years and continue to look great over time.
Yes, it is safe to use and won’t explode. We kindly recommend turning off the blower after use to prevent overheating.
The battery life for an inflatable product depends on the duration of fan blower usage. It’s always good to have a backup battery on hand for longer events to ensure uninterrupted operation. For more information, PIC will advise you accordingly.
When the blower sound become smaller & the inflatable product unable to well inflate with firm, means that the battery is running out.
You do not have to charger as we will always make sure the battery that we provide is already full charged.
Yes, it is a rechargable battery.
Our inflatable products are typically weather-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof as it is connected with electrical parts. To keep the product in good condition, it is advisable to avoid using it in heavy rain or near water sources where it might get soaked.
The printing or color of the inflatable product can fade over time, but depends on the amount of direct sunlight and the frequency of the inflatable product usage especially in harsh environments, may experience wear and tear, which can contribute to color fading. Lastly, using harsh cleaning agents or scrubbing too hard during cleaning can cause colors to fade over time. Gentle cleaning and proper care are essential to prolong the life of the product’s print. By following proper care and maintenance practices, the colors of your inflatable product can remain vibrant for a longer period.
If there is a hole in an inflatable product, it will not necessarily deflate immediately or completely, but the severity depends on the size and location of the hole. A small hole will likely cause a slow leak of air, which the fan might be able to compensate for, at least for a while. The inflatable product may lose some firmness but won’t collapse right away as long as the fan is running. If it is a larger hole could lead to quicker deflation, causing the inflatable product to lose its shape faster. While the fan will continue trying to inflate the inflatable product, it might not be able to keep up with the air loss. For both scenarios, immediate repairs are necessary to avoid the inflatable product from becoming unusable during the event. Temporary patches can often be used to fix small holes until permanent repairs are made.
1) Continuous Inflatables : Continuous inflatables require a blower to keep them inflated. The blower continuously pushes air into the structure to maintain its shape.
2) Air Lock Inflatables : Air lock inflatables are sealed and designed to hold air internally. Once inflated, they rely on the trapped air inside to maintain their shape, without needing a continuous flow of air ( ideally for indoor usage & can last for 2 – 3 days ).
Warranty & Maintenance
1) Inflatable Product Warranty : Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects only in terms of original sewing or material of the inflatable product itself, which is limited to 1 year from the date of purchase.
2) Accessories Warranty : Accessories such as the blower, battery, and charger are covered under a separate warranty, which is limited to 3 months from the date of purchase.
We would recommend client to do Spot Cleaning & Drying as there are electric parts in the inflatable product that should be avoided from getting wet. We will also provide you the Inflatable Product Cleaning Manual as for your reference once inflatable product have been purchased.
For inflatable inflatable product, please take off the blower & by hand wash.
For a better cleaning maintenance, kindly send back the inflatable product to us and will update you back with the levy charges accordingly.
We do not have dry cleaning service. Dry cleaning an inflatable product costume is generally not recommended because the chemicals and intense heat used in dry cleaning can damage the fabric, foam, and other materials commonly used in inflatable products. Thus, will shorten the life span of the inflatable product or shrink parts of the inflatable product, particularly foam or plastic elements. Instead, most inflatable product costumes are best cleaned by handwashing or using a gentle machine wash, depending on the materials. For cleaning purpose, can use mild soap, warm water, and always air dry
No, inflatable product must not be wash using washing machine, as it may damage the materials and shape. Instead, we suggest spot cleaning with mild soap and water for the best results.
It is not adviseable to iron the inflatable product, as it may damage the fabric. Instead, you can try using a steamer or gently hanging the inflatable product in a humid environment to help reduce wrinkles.
We do have Repair & Maintenance service which is charged depending on the condition of the product.

We do not have recoloring service as these materials can be challenging because not all fabrics or components can be dyed or repainted easily without affecting the integrity or texture of the costume. This makes the process more labor-intensive and time consuming.

Yes, we are specialized in custom made inflatable products in any shape, size and design as per your requirement.
Yes, we can add / change logo by having Velcro Type on a double layered inflatable product. However, for a single layered inflatable product will not be able to do it. For more information, PIC will advise you accordingly.

Yes, we do sell blower and can be added into the inflatable products. For more information, PIC will advise you accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the specifics of your order. Typically, you can expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days after the production is complete. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Yes, we do ship internationally but without battery due to international shipping regulations, batteries are considered hazardous materials and are subject to strict guidelines. If you could provide us with your location, we can give you more information regarding shipping options and any associated costs.
Yes, in most cases, you can bring batteries in your hand carry on board, but it depends on the type and size of the battery. We recommend checking with your airline beforehand to ensure compliance with their specific regulations.
Normally, it will be based on volumetric weight (carton size) instead of actual weight of the inflatable product. For more information, PIC will advise you accordingly.
We do not offer pickup or dropoff service so usually we recommend our client to handover or pickup inflatable product directly from our office. Otherwise, client can arrange by themselves for Pick Up/Drop Off inflatable product using any client’s preferred delivery service.
Usage & Setup
There are specific storage requirements to properly care for an inflatable product and prolong its lifespan such as :
– Store the inflatable product in a room temperature place to prevent moisture buildup, which can cause mold, mildew, or deterioration of the materials. Avoid humid areas like basements.
– Ensure the storage area has good air circulation to avoid any odors or moisture retention, especially if the inflatable product was used recently and may still contain sweat or dampness.
– Keep the inflatable product out of direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause fading, discoloration, or weakening of the fabric and other materials.
– Make sure the inflatable product is cleaned before storage to avoid any stains, odors, or bacteria from setting in. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
– Store the inflatable product in a breathable garment bag or large protective cover to prevent dust accumulation and keep it protected from dirt or accidental damage.
– If the inflatable product is inflate, ensure it is completely deflated and folded neatly to prevent creasing or damage to the fabric.
– Do not place heavy objects on top of the inflatable product to prevent deformation or damage to the shape and structure.
We will be providing some Guidance Brouchure on how to inflate & setup the inflatable product when on delivery so that during the event date you will be able to handle the product by yourself.
Yes, our inflatable products can be used in both indoors and outdoors. However, we recommend considering the weather conditions and the surface where the inflatable product will be used, especially for outdoor events, to ensure the best performance and longevity of the inflatable product.
Payment Process
For payments, we do accept cash, cheque, bank transactions and credit card.
We will begin processing and start production once the initial down payment of 50% has been received. After production is complete, we will reach out to confirm with you, and the delivery process will commence upon receiving the balance payment.
